Living some 5 hours away from our property for sale ongoing communication was the biggest thing we needed. Cindy kept us updated the entire time whilst our home was on the market. Unfortunately we didn't quite get the price we had hoped but we do believe that was as a result of the current market with a touch of closed mindedness from many potential buyers. We did however get a price that we were reasonably happy. Cindy is a lovely and knowledgeable person and we would encourage everyone to contact her to sell their property.
