Not your average property to sell? Get an above average agent!
Any agent, including Cindy, can sell "Cookie Cutter" homes on "standard" building blocks to the masses who seem to think that's a "lifestyle"!
Selling unique acreage properties is a different proposition, as Cindy explained at the outset.
Potential buyers of such properties are looking for a REAL lifestyle, and they have a bunch of specifics in mind which rule in or out a particular listing.
For this reason our sale process was more lengthy than your average suburban box, but encouragingly Cindy kept herself and we, her vendors positive, delivering a steady stream of prospects who had a good match with the wish-list which brought us here 20 years ago.
Apparently there are others out there who are not much into horses, but do value peace and quiet on an acreage of significant bush, with kangaroos and other wildlife looking into your bedroom window in the morning instead of nosy/noisy & CLOSE neighbours.
A place where their kids can grow up strong, independent and healthy outdoors , instead of a looking through a virtual reality window.
In the end, the short list of potential buyers that Cindy provided us, and kept updated, produced the perfect result, and I'm sure this young family will flourish here just as ours did.
They're a strange breed in Real Estate.
We know it's not uncommon for them to drive down their vendors' price expectations when things don't sell instantly like the "boxes".
The better to prop up one's ego and sales numbers amongst one's peers!
This trait we found distinctly absent in Cindy, rather she set a realistic price range and set about matching the buyers with like-minded wish list and value expectations.
Her "No BS" and "No high pressure" style will endear her to vendors and buyers alike, but I'd suggest may impact the egos of her peers.
