After signing with Trevor Bowen and Buxton we felt severely let down by him individually when after two weeks I still hadn’t met him face to face and thought his effort was very ordinary. Two weeks in he informed us he was leaving for ray white. Aiden then took over, after a five minute phone call with some quality information and research we knew our price guide was to high. If Trevor did his job properly we wouldn’t of started off in that mess. Never the less we changed it up to a fair price range and Aiden got a fair few more people through the doors. We ended up selling on auction day, it wasn’t a slam dunk but we finally felt we had an agent in our corner and explaining everything in detail. A part of us is thankful Trevor did leave us in the lurch because we felt so much more informed and comfortable as to where our property sat.
