In our opinion the most important thing that is necessary to make an informed decision as to what to buy or not buy is simply - good information. Unfortunately, in NSW the process for buying a house is strictly one of "Caveat Emptor" - "let the buyer beware"; as next to no information is available in this state; or at least not in the Eurobodella Shire Council area. However, Aiden was much more than willing to help us and to obtain information than any of the other agents that we dealt with. He took the time and made the effort to obtain the answers to our questions. On numerous occasions Aiden liaised with the property owners in order to obtain information that is normally not available to potential buyers. We highly recommend, to any and all, potential sellers and buyers that when considering property that they definitely consider using Aiden as their agent.
