The time had come to leave move on,. after 35 years in the family home bringing up three kids and 2 dogs. Deb and I decided it was time to sell the family home and down size. We decided what we required and what we will need to pay, the difference in the sale price , the sale expenses and balance we would like to have after the event. Next was to find the right Real estate agent to facilitate the sale and hopefully find us a new home , to meet our requirements. We met Aiden at an open house and decided after an interview he was the one we would go with. Three months later we had bought and sold and achieved our plan. Correction Aiden achieved the result , Aiden walked us through the process of getting the house ready for sale, the selling strategy, auction possibilities or negotiation, to achieve the best result, the emotional roller coaster ride of the sales process and the final price, this was achieved generally to plan and before the auction date, The deal done after a few weeks, and now to find the new home , this was not easy as it would probably be our last move before the retirement village so it had to be right. Aiden keep us in the loop as we visited a number of properties by all agents these either not meeting our requirements or to expensive for our budget. He also advised of properties he had coming up one in particular he thought would suit us , he was right, we had to wait, but! not easy when you have sold and have nowhere to go. 3 weeks after the sale jackpot Aiden had found our new home we were delighted and he lead us through the negation process and we settled that week, . 3mths from go to woh, sold bought contracts exchanged a little left over, We would have no issues with recommending Aiden to prospective seller, it is not often you put your faith in real estate agents to do the best for you , this guy walks the walk talks the talk and most of all delivers.
