I was impressed that Aiden managed to sell my property within a couple of weeks of listing it

Was very easy communicating with Aiden who was always available to talk. He was very swift and efficient with listing the property for sale and doing all the paperwork required. Also provided me with some good information, particularly with a checklist for after exchange and settlement. He had a good knowledge of the market and did a good job negotiating with the buyer to achieve the price we were wanting for the property. All in all a great experience. Only reason I didn’t give him 5 stars is that he didn’t make me aware that the marketing fees were payable once the property was listed and it came as a surprise to have to pay them upfront instead of them being deducted with the commission after settlement.
