My experience was amazing. I knew from the start that Aimee was the agent I needed for the sale of my property. My situation personally was a difficult one. Aimee gave 120% and along the way I realised she is like that with everyone around her. Aimee works with a great team. It includes other agencies, conveyancers and I feel anyone else connected with the whole process. Her contacts in the industry seem endless. Some words to describe her are, awesome, brilliant, caring compassionate, creative, dedicated, super efficent, friendly (& there's 26 letters). She is the best ever real estate agent I've experienced over quiet a few decades. Aimee listened to any ideas I had and we processed them together (almost like a spell check) to the point where the realistic ideas came first and anythink else was like a last resort. There was always "peace" with Aimee. I have an anxiety disorder and that never surfaced with her. There was always hope no matter how difficult things seemed at first. It never got beyond that. Her knowledge of the market where my property was located was perfect. I had about 14 months of information stored for my area from sales next to and nearby my property. Along with other knowledge from other agents I had garnered over that time. Aimee's point of sale fitted exactly where I wanted it to be. We were fluid with that process, Aimee was always thinking ahead and never waivered in the next step to find a completion in the sale of my property. I loved communicating with Aimee on all fronts. She is so creative in her thoughts and communicates to where your at very easily. Aimee's a brilliant professional. The more upfront I was, the more Aimee developed great boundaries that were creative, that went towards the edge but never beyond that. The banter was nothing short of amazing. A lived experience I'll never forget. She's an "unreal" real estate agent. I would vote her the outstanding agent of the year. Aimee's in a league of her own.
