Aimee was amazing during the whole process kept us informed of every moving part and was friendly and easy to talk to. She made sure our worries were listened to but ensured that we didn't have many worries during buying the house. I can't wait to send her pictures of the house when it's renovated. She made the experience of buying our first home one of the best. There's not enough praises in the world to grant her. I recently bought a house through Aimee, she is extremely professional and polite. She does not harass the buyer in regards to purchase price. She took my offer straight to the buyer was I believe was able to negotiate a price that was fair for both buyer and seller, not just one. Unlike other realtors who instantly start trying to increase the price the second you put in a offer, she didn't come back with an extremely high counter offer nor try and say another buyer is offering the high-end of the listed price.
