Aimee, kept in touch, when we were first interested in selling from the previous year when our then tenant showed interest in purchasing, that fell through. Aimee, agreed that we hold back until the market for the area picked up, keeping in contact with us, until we agreed that it was time to list it. We listed on the 1st November, it went under contract on the 14th, and settled on 17th December. A truly well done job by Aimee!
