Nothing was too much trouble for Aimee. When we met for the first time, Aimee produced a professional report on the current market prices of houses in and around my area. She had personally reviewed every house by visiting it and knew exactly what it was like and if it had been renovated etc. She applied what she had researched to my house and came up with a sale price, which of course was negotiable for the seller if needed. From then the photographers were book in and before any photos were uploaded online, I had the benefit of seeing them first. From the first open house to the last, Aimee always kept me in the loop, with reports and feedback from potential buyers. She always followed up with the people who came and inspected the house the following day. Her enthusiasm, motivation and drive not to mention her energy and excitement were contagious.
