Ainslea patiently and politely called us regularly over a period of a year to inquire whether we had rendered our house ready to sell in the market. When we were finally ready, coincidentally during the Covid lockdown, they promptly visited, gave a positive appraisal, and put together a very impressionable marketing campaign. Ainslea's lateral thinking attracted the buyer to our home from another home which was unaffordable to them, and within a couple of weeks the house was under contract. We would definitely call Ainslea and Richard when we sell again.
