It's a shame that I have to leave this feedback but it is a personal experience and this is my view only. There is definitely no doubt that Lucas Real Estate provides great knowledge of the market. I felt there was a communication lag once the contract was signed which led me to believe that there was more of a focus on securing the sale as the follow-up queries weren't addressed as quickly as when we were in the negotiation stage. It was also disappointing that the sales result was more important than the customer experience as something that was verbally advised would be rectified went unfulfilled and I was notified that this was a result of my wrong doing. It makes me question the integrity of the agency and as a result I will not be using them should I find myself in a position where I need to sell.
For anyone looking to buy in the Docklands are, I highly recommend Aisha. When I was ready to make the decision to sign on the dotted line Aisha was ready and willing to do everything possible to make things happen quickly did everything possible to make sure that the deal worked out.
