I have bought and sold approx 27 house and or businesses (54 transactions) and have never ever dealt with such an arrogant, unfriendly, rude, dogmatic and punitive so called professional. Just a nasty nasty piece of work in my opinion. I nearly did not go to view the house because of the dismissive conversation I had with her the day preceding the open. After my contract became unconditional, I’m positive she told the vendors not to deal with me directly and to not help at the final inspection, which they didnt. She makes a big deal about spending 45 mins with me and the vendors after the sale, obviously wants her money for no service. She also said I can only have a final inspection for 30 minutes. My first inspection was at the first open with approx 30 other people for a time of 30 minutes with both agents very busy with answering questions from everybody there. The 2nd was as previously mentioned for 45 min.She also makes a big deal about a reminder message I sent to her at approx 6 pm one evening, despite her calling me at 8 pm one night. The vendors, initially seemed lovely and wanted to give me the build info, but she grabbed it from my hands and said I’ll get it at settlement What are the secrets that I can’t know???? My purchasers have visited my house I have sold them, 3 times already, for 2 or more hours each time, with me explaining every little detail to make their lives easier in a strange new house. I have nothing to hide and want there experience to be as pleasant and stress free as possible. Attila the Hun was quoted as saying “there, where I have passed, the grass will never grow again” This saying reminds me of Aisha Coe. In my opinion, I’m positive I’m not the first person she has been so uncooperative, unpleasant and unprofessional with and had the misfortune to deal with. BEWARE of her if you unfortunately come across her, unless of course she is getting something she wants from you, as I’m sure her tune will change.

We signed with Aisha in March 2021 although we didn’t want to sell until September 2021 . We had visited every open for inspection prior to that and checked every other agent . We were impressed with the friendly manner Aisha greeted potential buyers at an open for inspection she was conducting. We advised her we were not selling till later in the year . We received a phone call a few days later to advise us of the sale of the house she was conducting. We liked her no nonsense and professional approach . So we signed with Aisha.
