Aisha was quite pleasant initially, I found that because of my young age she did take advantage and speak down to me eg. Asking to site my pre approval as I put in an offer. Follow ups were non existent, I was clear from the day we met any property I bought was a rental and I was looking for a real estate agency to manage the property. At no stage before or after the sale was unconditional did Aisha or anyone from her office reach out to me in regards to renting the property out. I need a rental appraisal of the property in which I was fobbed off onto her PA who I then later had to chase up for an appraisal which was then lower than average for the area. It is also customary that when someone purchases a house the real estate agency provides a gift which is a really sweet idea. I never received such a gift I assume because inbetween Aisha telling me she had something to give me and then my electricians who inspected the property (whom Aisha was quite rude to) and me deciding to seek rental management from another agency Aisha decided not to give me my gift which is fine but also goes in line with the review and rating I have given her. My wife and I found Aisha to be the consumate professional as far as inner city prestige apartment salespeople are concerned. We had previously gone with another agent who, although, claiming to be an inner city apartment specialist, failed to deliver any positive results for us.
