Khan was able to attract several "viewers" to the property, in what was a pretty competitive environment. An initial offer of purchase fell through due to the buyer's inability to get finance. However, Khan persevered, and a second offer was successful. Khan kept me informed by voice, text and email during the whole process (ie/eg: I live in Sydney, while selling a QLD property). Also, the crew (espec: Sheree) at ReMax's (Sunnybank?) Office was also very helpful. I would use Khan / ReMax again.
