Amazing from start to finish

After deciding to list our home and doing some research in the area based on recent sales, we decided AJ was the only agent for us. From our initial meeting, he instantly made you feel comfortable, like a friend. There was no false promises, he listened to our feedback and assured us our interests in getting the best sales price was his number one priority. He worked around our schedule and timelines, and after going live to market and one open home, we had a contract on our house. After a short two weeks we were unconditional, however we needed to stay in our property for a longer period which AJ negotiated into our sale and was never a problem. All of our expectations were met, and we could not be happier. Selling a property can be very stressful, but AJ made it seem easy. We cannot recommend him highly enough!
