Ajay advised us of the ball park figure we should get, he worked hard to receive an amount that acceptable to us in a very short period. Ajay had an open house on Saturday and Sunday, one weekend, the house price he negotiated with the buyer was agreed on the Monday. Very quick sale. Thank you Ajay
