Ajay was very friendly with a great smile when we went to the house inspection. Later that same day we requested for a private inspection, Ajay accommodated is with no issues. Due to our working hours, it was a bit difficult for us to compelete paper work during standard business hours. Ajay again accommodated us by setting an appointment for 7pm. During this process with relience, we’ve learnt that Ajay is not only friendly and accomodating but he works hard for both the seller and buyer to come to an agreed settlement as this is one of the hardest parts. He always made us feel hopeful by communicating with us often and being honest. Down to earth agent which made it easy to talk to him about anything.
