It is very challenging, when you are selling your property. There are so many real estate agents around. But finding right person to sell the property, is not easy. You need to know that what your property worth, market trend, how to present property etc. I found so many agents, to get listing, giving unrealistic figures. When we put our investment property in Point Cook for sale.We are not sure which agent to go for but we chose Ajay of PCRE because of his good communication and knowledge of the property market in Point Cook. Whilst we had reservations after the initial "qualified buyers" failed to materialise or meet expectations, Ajay was able to find a buyer within the 2nd/3rd open house. Whilst their initial offer was way off mark, with persistence Ajay was able to secure a great sales price. Considering the buyer was a real estate agent (totally different agency), negotiating and the back and forth was tense but well handled.
