I have been using another agent who had let us down badly. i was under pressure and when i spoke to Ajit we only had 3 weeks to sell. He said he would do it and he delivered on time. Ajit was fantastic, communication was excellent and , made himself available for additional viewings on our property anytime of the day of the week. His knowledge of local market is vast and client list for clyde north was amazing. Also he is a good man who cares about his clients. His main agenda was to deliver what he promised .
