I purchased my Forever Home from Dale, and he also sold my previous home after I’d bought this house. It was a big leap of faith for me, as a single person who is closer to 60 than 50 lol !! I needed all the support I could get, and Dale was certainly that person. As soon as I walked in, I knew this house was for me. I said to Dale “I need to buy this home and I don’t know what to do”. He said he’d guide me through. I’d done my homework (property research and finance) and had all my ducks in a row, which really helped, but Dale’s communication was above and beyond expectations.
