Selling a home is difficult enough but selling from two states away could have been the recipe for disaster. I moved to Qld in September 2013. Luckily, I contacted Damian Portaro to get his advice on whether it would be better to rent or sell my property in Irymple. I had met Damian previously and always liked his professional but friendly no pressure approach. His advice was invaluable in helping me make the decision to sell in difficult personal circumstances. Damian was completely respectful of this and even helped with finding reliable trustworthy people to get the house ready for sale i.e. getting the yard which had become very overgrown back into shape, cleaning and maintenance jobs inside., help which I would never have expected but was most grateful for. I can honestly say I didn't have to worry at all. The marketing was spot on and the open homes were a complete success with the property selling in a matter of weeks from listing. It was all timed to perfection. Unfortunately my mother passed away just as the offers came in for the home, I only mention this to explain that because I had complete confidence in Damian I could leave it in his hands through a very difficult time and I didn't have to worry and he didn't let me down.
