Dane is an excellent operator. I have dealt with him on many occasions for either the purchase or sale of property in the Nelson Bay area. My only issue with Dane is that he does not sell properties in the Newcastle area as he is outstanding at his job! I would recommend Dane to anyone wishing to purchase or sell a property.

We would recommend Dane because he is serious about selling property. The same day as the house was listed, Dane had 2 inspections and one of those couples bought the property for a record price. It would seem that Dane has a que of purchasers on his data base. Dane also has an assistant named Ryan who is very professional and helpful which frees Dane up to get the house sold. I got a great price and it was quite painless thanks to Dane & Ryan.
