Highly enthusiastic in his role as agent for the properties on offer. However, the legal process of buying is very clear and this tended to be overly rushed.
From start to finish, dealing with Dane and his team was easy, and beneficial. We gave him the undesirable job of selling our home that had already been previously listed elsewhere, unsuccessfully. We established a range price we would sell at, even after we were told elsewhere that wasn't where the market was. Dane and his team delivered in the top half of that set range. It is rare that I write reviews; but Erin, the representative agent for Dane Queenan, more than deserves my time to write these few word. Erin, patiently and diligently, used her knowledge of the marketplace and what I indicated to her that I required, to enable me to purchase a unit in Nelson's Bay in a matter of only a few weeks. From the very beginning I was so impressed by Erin's honesty, as well as her willingness to listen to what I was looking for. She accepted my declines of units she initially suggested with understanding, despite the fact I sensed disappointment in his voice. Only a few weeks later I got a message from her telling me that she thinks she has found exactly what I was looking for. And she was right. I could go on and on praising Erin's sincerity reflected in the manner in which she related to me, as well as her willingness to use her skills to find me a home I wanted; but I fear that potential buyers may stop reading what I write. Suffice it to say that some people might argue that a Real Estate Agent's main purpose is to sell property. While this is certainly true, the selling can be done with honesty, integrity and concern for the needs of the buyer, or it can be achieved in a mischievous or devious manner, or somewhere in between. Erin, without any doubt, falls into the first category, thus reflecting the values and standards of the company she works for.
