The sale of our home was carried out in a very professional manner, with all staff. The communication was excellent, both via phone and digital coverage. The whole process was explained to us in a way that everyone could understand and was made as easy as possible. I was very happy with the sale of my home, it was done efficiently and professionally, and I would happily recommend PRD Real Estate.

Very accomodating and quick to reply to any enquiries or questions we had.

Dane did a fantastic job for us. Very professional, hardworking and great communication. Highly recommend Dane to anyone selling in Port Stephen’s.

Truly outstanding. Dane set realistic expectations, was always professional and kept us updated throughout the process. What stood out for us, was despite being so highly rated in the industry, he was still prepared to go out of his way to assist with the small tasks such as picking up keys in Hornsby and even helping put bins out. His team, and in particular, Erin, was great to work with. I cannot recommend Dane and Erin highly enough. Thank you!

Dane and Erin provided expert market knowledge, were very efficient with communications, and overall very professional. Thank you

We recently listed with Dane Queenan and achieved a great result in approximately five weeks. Danes advice , approach and enthusiasm was incredible. He is very good at getting the job done and achieving a great result and a good person to deal with. Well done Dane👏

Dane and his staff were very helpful in the purchase of our property. Dane said he saw his role as being to bring together the buyer and seller and find that place that was helping both. Dane’s market knowledge and experience certainly helped us understand the market value of the property, which got us to offering the price that was successful. Although at all times respecting our own understanding of the amount we were comfortable to offer. Dane was very patient in giving us the time to take on his advice. He gave us recent sales data and detailed property insights to understand why properties, that on paper looked similar, achieved markedly different outcomes, and how that related to the our property. Assistance was provided prior to the auction, during the auction, and in determining our final offer. He also worked very hard with the vendor to align their expectations with the current market. We had never participated in an auction before and appreciated the guidance provided. We are very excited about our purchase and would definitely recommend Dane and his company.

Very pleased that we identified PRD as the best agents to handle the sale of our Unit. From the very first interview we were confident that we would receive expert advice and recommendations on achieving our goal.

Dane and Ryan were great to deal with and gave me plenty of market research and information

We found Ryan always ready to answer any questions we had, was very professional, honest and friendly. We would recommend Ryan and PRD to anyone wishing to purchase property.

I chose Dane because his reviews were excellent and because other Real Estate Agents knew his name by reputation. My apartment was unique and would not appeal to the average buyer. At one point, I had an offer that fell through due to the purchaser. Dane was relentless and never gave up. Dane found another buyer and manged to sell the property for more than I ever expected. Dane was friendly and professional the whole time. I highly recommend Dane and PRD Real Estate.

Thankyou Dane You made this sale so easy thanks to your advice on the sale and your knowledge of the area makes you first choice. The proof is in the pudding, another suburb record…. accolades to you. If your selling a property in Port Stephens Danes your Agent!
