after viewing a property down the road from 97 and falling in love with it , i called ryan hards as his firm had a few proprties in the vicinity . he convinced me that i should come have a look at a few to make sure of my decision . i reluctantly agreed and thought ,well , its a day off from farming work so off i trundled in the truck ryan gently , but succinctly , pointed out the facts in respect to 97 . his clear thinking , made it obvious that what i really wanted to buy was 97 , not the one down the road . basically ryan really mucked up my day ; i left the farm to do a little tyre kicking and returned wanting to buy 97 …… my partner had also fallen for the one down the road , so i sent her to do battle with ryan i cannot tell the readers of this how happy i am , notwithstanding the fact that my partner easily picked out the faults well done ryan , your winning hand in life my friend , will be your honesty , regardless of the outcome ian hansen 14/8/24
