Exactly one week from signing to sold. We had experienced some hard times with other agents and made a decision to sell this property through PRD; we are so glad we did. The house was sold in record time for an amazing amount, we are happy to have put the house in Dane’s hands. At all times we were informed of the progress of the campaign in a timely manner, Erin was so calm and pleasant and Dane’s self assurance and positivity was heartening. Very glad we made this choice, our grateful thanks to all involved.

Dane is an extremely good agent who works for both the seller and buyer to achieve the best outcome for both parties. We like his fairness and honesty and will use his services again if the need arises.

Dane and his team were very professional, efficient and attentive to our needs in all our dealings. We appreciated the personal care in their manner towards us and the added considerations to make us feel comfortable throughout the sale process of our property. We highly recommend PRD Realty.

Ryan Hards did an exceptional job in marketing our property, doing many 'opens' on weekends, keeping us well advised on feedback, right through to the auction result itself. We exceeded our reserve by a healthy margin, which more than accounted for all out of pocket expenses related to the sale. I suppose the one question you ask is 'would we use Ryan again' and that is an emphatic 'yes'!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Dane Queenan from PRD Port Stephens while selling our property. We were more than satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, he demonstrated exceptional professionalism and dedication. Dane was always present when needed, making the process smooth and stress-free. His attention to detail was impeccable, ensuring that every aspect of the sale was handled meticulously. We were particularly impressed with his great customer service he was always friendly, approachable, and ready to answer any questions we had. What truly stood out was Dane's enthusiasm and passion for his work. He brought a positive energy that made the entire experience enjoyable. The advice provided was accurate and insightful, helping us make informed decisions throughout the selling process. Overall, we highly recommend Dane Queenan and PRD Port Stephens to anyone looking to sell their property. His commitment to excellence and client satisfaction is a reflection on PRD being number one in Port Stephens. Steve and Meryl Miller.

We had Ryan Hards market & sell our Mum’s place. It was a very “emotional sale “, but was handled very professionally with an unexpected outcome. We would “highly recommend” using PRD Port Stephens again.

Dane advised us of his skills in sales and negotiation, so we were prepared to pay the premium commission rate he set. I don't think it unusual, therefore, to expect that he would be at the auction in person to negotiate the price, at least to the minimum figure we both agreed could be achievable. But Dane was overseas on auction day! And, unprofessionally, he did not even have the courtesy to let us know, before or after the event!! I have advised him by phone of our concerns, and he did at least admit that it is better to negotiate in person rather than over the phone. However, he did not appear to understand our concerns that we paid a very high commission rate for him to be there (in person) to sell our property. Plus, not even letting us know was regarded by us as unprofessional and insulting! Didn't quite get to minimum price we wanted.

Dane sold our house to a buyer in his data base. All without any advertising or marketing cost. We liked his knowledge of the market his enthusiasm, and his honest approach. We have sold houses in two different states of Australia. We have also sold property in overseas countries. Dane is without doubt the very best agent we have ever used.

There is a reason that Dane Queenan is the top real estate agent in Port Stephens. His knowledge of the area and the property market is second to none. This coupled with his ability to find a common ground between a vendor’s and buyer’s expectations, has made him a pleasure to work with. I have just exchanged on a beautiful property in Corlette and I have no doubt that Dane was instrumental in getting this deal over the line. He is both professional and caring; not only to his vendors but to his buyers too. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dane to either buyer or vendor - you will most certainly be in safe hands!

Dane and his team were very professional and easy to deal with. Their extensive market knowledge gave us accurate insights into the process and guided our expectations. Throughout they provided regular communication regarding the interest in our property. A very positive experience - thoroughly recommended.

We would like send a huge thank you to Dane, Ryan and the team at PRD for the recent sale on our home. Dane navigated the entire experience with professionalism and achieved an outstanding result in such a short period of time. We felt confident and well informed the whole way and very valued as customers. For anyone looking for great results, a team of dedicated agents and experts in the field, we cannot recommend the team enough. Thanks again PRD Port Stephens.

It was a pleasure dealing with Dane and Ryan from PRD of my recent sale in Salamander Bay. From all my years in dealing with selling real estate I would say that these 2 guys are up there in the best 2 agents I have ever dealt with. Their knowledge of market conditions changing constantly and their speed at providing feedback after each inspection and open house and suggesting alternative options at achieving a sale at the quickest possible timeframe and at an exceptional price was Impeccable. If you are looking for highly skilled negotiators that will go over and above to achieve you the best price possible in today's tough market conditions the only people you need to call are Dane and Ryan and the PRD Team to sell your home. Thanks Again
