It was an absolute pleasure working with Dane, he made the whole process so seamlessly easy, his professional knowledge and resurging attitude made our decision easy. Dane, I would have no trouble in highly recommending you to anyone and will certainly be using you in the future.

My dealings with Ryan Hards from PRD Port Stephens exceeded my expectations. Ryan is a true professional. He is knowledgeable, accessible and really helped me navigate the buying journey. Ryan went out of his way to always keep me informed and went above and beyond to ensure experience was positive. I can’t recommend Ryan highly enough.

After a brief phone conversation with Dane regarding the sale of our property in Corlette, Dane invited me to his office so he could explain to me how his agency operates and what he could do for us. I always like a face-to-face meeting so was appreciative of the offer. Dane went through the process he would like to use on the sale of our property. To say he came through with his promise is an understatement. Dane and his team were brilliant. In constant contact with us alerting us to any progress. The property was on the market for no more than one week and we achieved a sale and at a price we were very satisfied with. Thanks Dane, Erin and all the team at PRD. We really appreciate your effort. Would highly recommend to anyone considering selling their property.

We had been following the market for a couple of years and throughout this time, the team from PRD, especially Erin Sharp, stood out from the rest. The service we received went above and beyond what was expected. Nothing was too much trouble and we never felt like we were a burden. I could not recommend them highly enough.

This is not our first interaction with Dane and there is a good reason why. Dane's knowledge of the market was evident from our very first meeting. He took the time to thoroughly assess our property, providing invaluable insights on how to highlight its strengths and address any potential concerns. His strategic approach to pricing and marketing ensured that our home garnered maximum attention from potential buyers. Throughout the selling process, Dane remained consistently accessible and responsive. He promptly answered any questions or concerns we had, alleviating any worries and keeping us well-informed every step of the way. His attention to detail and proactive communication were truly awesome, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free (as possible). What truly sets Dane apart however is his genuine commitment to his clients' best interests. He went above and beyond to ensure that we received the best possible outcome for our home sale. Whether it was negotiating with potential buyers or navigating sellers paperwork, Dane's expertise and advocacy were instrumental in achieving a successful sale in a short time frame. In addition to his professional acumen, Dane's friendly demeanour and positive attitude makes him an absolute pleasure to work with. It to no surprise that selling or buying a home can be a daunting process, but Dane's professional support and encouragement made it an enjoyable journey from start to finish. I highly recommend utilising Dane's services if you are looking to sell/buy in the future. I know we will be!

We were thrilled with the result Dane achieved for us on the sale of our property in Soldiers Point. Not only did he achieve the price we were expecting, but the sale was achieved in less than a week and after only 1 open house. Dane and his team went above and beyond to help us through the sale process, and could not have been more pleasant or easy to deal with. We thoroughly recommend Dane for anyone looking to sell in the Port Stephens area.
