One of the buyers was unsure about committing to a 2 million purchase. . Dane suggested we get them hard hats and climb up to the 8 th floor to check out the view. We had to wait till all the construction was stopped on Saturday afternoon. They came , they saw, they bought. Great effort.

Thanks to Rory and team on a successful sale. By no means was this an easy sale I must say Rory continued to followed up when most agents would have given in with a stubborn buyer and seller as both the owner and buyer couldn’t come to an agreement at all for months. We had nearly moved on and at the last moment we come to an agreement. If Rory hadn’t followed up respectfully as he did we would have a different address. Also the pre settlement inspection, PRD accommodated repairs as to what was inspected which I’m sure was PRD and not the owners to fix the outstanding items, so based on this we give a 5 stars. We wish PRD all continued success and would have no issues engaging PRD for sales if it ever arose.
