We arrived at the last minute to look through a house, rather than seeing us as time wasters, Dane allowed us to look through quickly, but kindly offered us another look when he would be more available later in the day. He also let us know what property he would be at next welcoming us to that open for inspection as well. We did not need that second look and bought the house before Auction.
