Thank you to Dane Queenan and his team. The sale of our home was a smooth, easy and transparent process and we know that the team worked hard to achieve a good result for us.
We purchased a property in Nelson Bay that Dane was selling. We never met him and always dealt with his offsider Erin who was very pleasant. Once we purchased we struggled to get the finishing touches delt with and after several attempts, fixed them ourselves. We had to chase up keys and security fobs… took at least 6 phone calls and required several visits to their office. We were never given a remote control to the electric gates. After 2 months of calls and emails,we were finally given a spare one by the lovely developer who was quite embarrassed . Dane told the developer we were given a remote control. This WAS NOT TRUE and we found this offensive, hence the decision to write this review.
