Despite several major setbacks, (all beyond Dane's control), he remained calm and resolute, kept his head down and ultimately produced an excellent result. Most agents know the market and can run an open house, however not many are willing to go the extra mile when the road is difficult; Dane is one such agent. Not only that, he's a good communicator to boot! I can wholeheartedly recommend Dane.

I found Dane to be very professional and courteous. He was able to sell my property for a reasonable price in difficult times due to Coronavirus. I would definitely use Dane again if I was selling a property.

The team I dealt with Meg & Dane where fantastic throughout the process from start to end. I now know why they are a leading real estate. Honest, very responsive & professional.

There is a reason my Dane is best in the business - his work ethic and knowledge are second to none

Throughout the process of the sale of our property we found Dane a real professional, always attentive and forthcoming with information and updates. He delivered us a fantastic result and he will continue to be our agent in any future endeavours.

I have bought and sold through Dane in the past and as always was able to achieve the result that I was satisfied with.

Dane is professional in every aspect, Dane has an excellent reputation of being the best agent in the Port Stephens area. I would recommend Dane to everyone looking to sell.

Great service. Dane was very informative & professional throughout the sale process.

Firstly thanks to Dane and the PRD team for the sale of our house during such extraordinary and difficult times. Dane gave us the highest levels of professionalism and communications from the very start of the sale process through to the completion. We would not of been able to finalise this sale so quickly without his large base of resources both in the trades and legal areas of our community. Both Jill and myself would highly recommend both Dane and the PRD team when you are considering selling or buying your next piece of real estate

Knowledgeable and very professional in his approach and prepared to go out of his way to help. We would recommend Dane to anyone for buying a property.
