I’ve been communicating with Danielle on and off for 5 years and also been receiving regular market updates via email. Due to the GFC our property had dropped dramatically in value over a short period and, unfortunately, I had listed the property with a less skilled agent. As a result, I was stuck with a property which was valued dramatically less than we owed on it.
