We had a very positive experience dealing with Akanksha throughout our property search and purchase process. Akanksha was always patient, approachable and responsive whenever we needed something clarified. What we particularly appreciated was that her support went beyond simply answering the initial questions about the property. Whenever we had additional requests, wanted to revisit the property, needed more information, or had further discussions around the purchase and negotiations, she was always willing to help and follow things up for us. Even as different questions came up during the later stages of the process, she continued to be available and helpful rather than disappearing once an agreement had been reached. She was easy to communicate with, never made us feel rushed or pressured, and helped make a process that can be quite stressful feel much more manageable.
