Al was incredibly honest, and want out of his way to ensure I was able to view the property, and let me take time when seeing it to take photos to show my family and friends. Really appreciated it. He went through all the paperwork when signing to ensure I knew what was going on. I originally had a 60 day settlement due to finance, but was able - with his help - to negotiate a 30 day settlement when my financing came through. His honesty about what wasn't working at the property was refreshing. I'm incredibly glad that I was able to have Al as my agent for the purchase of my first property in Mount Gambier.
