We didn't know Dave at all going into our property sale, but we had been to half a dozen of his open homes over the years in nearby suburbs. We always thought Dot Com (Dave's company) were the ones selling the best homes in our price range. We were always impressed by how great the homes were presented, and the comprehensive and open follow up from Dave or his team members. They weren't pushy, but they always left the impression that they were highly capable and if you wanted a deal done, they were the guys to work with. Their follow up information on homes (website, reports etc) were also great. In selling our place, Dave was meticulous in planning how the ideal sale process would go, including timelines, milestones etc - and he gave great advice on home staging, pest and building etc. He'd always tentatively schedule in a time to call, so we always knew when we were due to touch base. Dave was also very honest, I didn't feel like we were being misinformed, or that our expectations were unrealistic. The end result was a quick sale, well within Dave's identified timeframe. Easy for us, very little stress, and sold for the price we were seeking. I'd recommend Dave Lane and Dot Com in a heartbeat - total pros.
