David was a very good real estate agent. The day we inspected the property for the first time, it was a private inspection. We got stucked in traffic and called David to say we were late. He waited for us and rearranged his duties to make sure we could inspect the property. He was very clear explaining what the vendors expectations were and kept a very good communication during the process. Given the situation that we were away for most of the time, I have to say that the communication was great.

David provided a stress free experience when selling my home, particularly as I was selling from another state. He provided sound advice and managed the whole process very professionally and with an approach to ensure my property would sell. He took many groups through the property which enabled the property to sell at auction. A hassle free, stress free experience with an excellent outcome.
