Always very responsive to our queries and we never felt pressured during negotiations, as a buyer in this case. David really is unrivalled in his market knowledge when it comes to the moonee valley area. He made some massive calls in terms of our property, persuaded us to bring the timing of our campaign forward to capitalise on a stock shortage in the area. This decision paid off massively as David sold the property for our desired price after one inspection prior to the campaign even beginning. We were overseas at the time of the sale and we couldn’t have wished for anyone else to represent us in our absence. Open and honest from the beginning and transparent thoughout the process.
