Will also recommend other houses depending on what you want. Extremely honest and will point out issues with houses not just their good points. Fantastic knowledge of zoning (eg. where sub-dividing is prohibited), easements, rates etc. Very much recommended!

David is up-front, no nonsense, and absolutely switched on to the Avondale Heights real estate market. We’ve dealt with David on both sides of the fence… as a buyer, 3.5 years ago, and as a seller just recently. In both cases, he was a straight shooter. He provided realistic expectations of the market from our first meeting, and was spot on estimating the ultimate sale price (to within 1%). For a property that was selling as a ‘renovation in progress’, that was no easy task! His local knowledge is lived, not learned.
