I dealt with an extremely courteous and professional team, nothing was too much trouble. Our expectation was high and due to David's market knowledge our goal was met. Highly recommend to any future seller.
David and Mitch were a dream to deal with as I negotiated the tricky task of selling my Aunts home in Unley Park. They were respectful, knowledgeable and I never felt pressured. I loved the personal very down to earth approach which helped me get through these tricky uncharted waters. David may based in Seaford but his knowledge of Adelaide’s real estate trends shone through. I would highly recommend him and the team at Magains.
David was a consummate professional through the listing and sale of our property achieving a great result in a softening market. His knowledge and guidance has been appreciated and I'd highly recommend his services.

David and his team provided excellent advice re advertising and open inspections. Very professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of issues associated with the sale of my house.
Knows the industry, knows the market great to deal with. Highly recommend.
David was professional and very knowledgeable about the area that our property was located in. He kept us updated every step of the way from the very beginning until settlement. All of his communication was honest, candid, precise and relevant. Interactions with the local Magain office were matched with the same professionalism. We would recommend David and his team to friends, in fact we have done already.
