Dave was all you could ever want in an agent. Throughout the 6 day campaign, he was incredibly attentive, kept us up to date every single day and made us feel at ease. After the first weekend, Dave produced over 20+ high quality offers to chose from which has never been seen at our complex before (106 townhouses). He well and truly exceeded our price expectations and we could not be happier with the result as he SMASHED the complex record. Dave’s selling strategy was both unique but transparent to both ourselves and the buyers and it is safe to say, no other agent could have produced the result that he achieved.
