Purchased a unit in Pebble Beach Retirement Village at Sandstone Point. Unfortunately before settlement could happen it became necessary for probate to be required and do began a long process to effect settlement. Alaine always kept me informed of where things were at and to be honest she knew more than the lawyers from both parties did as to how to effect the settlement. I rate Alaine 5 stars for her efforts in helping both parties get this contract to a successful conclusion.
