We bought an investment property with Alaine and the process went very smooth. At the beginning we were quite nervous about buying a second property but Alaine was very helpful and talked us through the process. We bought the unit unseen as Alaine was very accommodating, FaceTiming us and taking us through the unit. She was very honest with what she was showing us and was very transparent. Not once did we feel pressured or taken advantage of. Even after the sale, Alaine has still been contactable and helpful. Alaine was very professional while still being approachable and down to earth. She made buying a second property stress free and exciting.
