I met with four other agents when deciding on who best to engage. Each inspected the house and gave me their best sales pitch. All were methodical, seemed very competent and trustworthy. All focused on explaining the campaign process and particularly the costs. The difference was that Alan (Cuong) was the only agent who did not talk too much about advertising costs or even the sales commission. Instead his focus was on the mindset of potential buyers with regard to the very specific features of the property itself.
