I contacted Alan years ago for some advice, we weren’t sure whether to sell then or not, and a few years later we finally decided to and he remember everything and knew who I was which was really nice. Alan has been very professional and honest and always available, which made us feel at ease. We decided to sell at the worst time so that would’ve made his job harder but we made it happen.
