From the beginning we have found Alan to be an inspiring and dedicated to his work, he displayed great deal of knowledge and awareness of the real estate market, not only did he made us feel at ease in a high pressured environment he also took the time to listen to our desires and needs. We were highly impressed by his plan and action with every step leading to the auction date and beyond.
