Alan was a pleasure to deal with and he and Kevin were active in getting people through the home to view pre-auction. Alan was an energetic auctioneer who kept the bidding alive right through until the final bid. He extracted more from the crowd than anticipated and I am thankful for that. Alan communicated well and was enthusiastic about the task and set me at ease, and he empathized with my Auntie who was selling after almost 50 years.
