Selling a home for the first time was a learning experience. I had little knowledge of the process and I was also selling my property while residing in a different state. I was worried communication might be an issue and ultimately the sale wouldn't fetch the amount I anticipated. Ray White managed my investment property for a number of years and then highly recommended Alan Dohnalek when I decided to sell. Right from the start he answered my questions and helped me understand the process from start to finish. He initiated a plan from evaluation, advertising, conveyancing on to the open inspections all while keeping me informed of any progress down to the last detail. To put it simply, Alan is a machine. Working straight through the Easter long weekend, even Public Hollidays didn't stop him. In fact it was over the Easter break we had our first open inspection for the property, which resulted in an overwhelming response as we received many offers. This was thanks to Alans plan to capitalise on the long weekend which was a pro move. His dedication to getting the result was impressive with constant interaction with potential buyers and keeping me informed from morning to night, his work ethic is next level. I must also mention the conveyancer Alan recommended was thorough and made that process an absolute breeze. I will admit, Im not a fan of writing reviews but I had to come through and share my experience to show my appreciation. Any concerns I initially had about selling my property quickly disappeared when Alan and I started the process. I always felt like a priority and Alan came through with a sale price I still can't believe. Thank you for everything Alan you're a true professional!
