Alan approached us about the sale of our property as he had another property in the same street for sale and made enquiries if we were interested in selling our home. We have had many agents approach us in the past but they seemed less credible about the realistic chances of our sale prospects given our criteria. Alan approached us at a time when were were really considering the sale of our property for various personal reasons, and the reason we liked him was as follows : He listened to our particular and restrictive requirements and has worked very hard to bring the right person to the table and this happened over many months and was always upbeat and positive throughout the whole process.
