I have involved with Alan over many years. I have tried to sell the house before. He gave me the evaluation and advice on how to prepare the house for sale. He did not push me when I did not go ahead with the sale. I have a bad tenant who did not pay rentals for at least 6 months. The house was left in a mess. He helped resolve the issues. Got the house painted and new flooring done. Displayed the house with loan furniture. Carted away the tenant's rubbish. Lawn done. Before I know it, the house was on the market. Got a good price for my house. House sold in 2-3 weeks. Did not even have time to let my neighbours know. Thank you, Alan!
