Alan helped the reviewer sell this property

Upfront and Extremely Experienced Professional who creates a win, win position.

Alan acheived above expected results in a very challenging environment and to have the property settled early in the year was even better. A true professional who kept us well informed and was very responsive. Thank you Alan.
